Attached here is the exit presentation that I created to showcase my growth over the past two years in the education program. I shared that I felt as though I changed in many ways but really focused on how my confidence grew. My confidence allowed me to grow as a future educator and I focus on three specific areas in my presentation: classroom management, patience, and public speaking. I will continue to grow as a future educator and learn from my experiences.
